Source: Received as a cutting from Lasscock's Nursery, South Australia, 1939.
Parentage/origins: This lemon was formerly known as Seedless Lisbon, but is now believed to not be a Lisbon-type lemon at all. It has since adopted the name "Seedless Lemon".
Rootstocks of accession: Yuma Ponderosa lemon, Citrus macrophylla
Season of ripeness at Riverside: Unknown at this time
Notes and observations: 11/1987, EMN: Not quite totally seedless, but close. TJS: Was once thought to be a Lisbon-type lemon, but DNA markers have proved this to be untrue. It is reported to have low production rates. Availability: Commercially available in California through the Citrus Clonal Protection Program.
